Dining Lake Lure/ Chimney Rock Area

As our popularity as a venue for special events grows, The Restaurant is sometimes not open when we normally would be serving. To avoid arriving and being disappointed, please call in advance. Making Dinner reservations is always a good idea! Please check our Dining Hours Update for scheduled closings!

The Esmeralda Inn offers the only fine dining in the Lake Lure Chimney Rock area. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner in season. Summer Hours are listed below. Our restaurant features traditional American comfort foods with "farm to table" local produce when available. Our menu will be changing often and always enticing your palate.

Wine and Beer Come to The Esmeralda!

In just a few days, we will begin offering an exceptional Wine List as well as a diverse selection of Local Beers. This will add a great final touch to your dining experience!

To provide the best possible service for all of our guests, we do not prepare separate checks for tables of 6 or more.

Our Chef's focus is on using local vegetables and meats whenever possible, and the freshest seafood available. The menus reflect our commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients possible! Our vision is to keep people in the community working for each other. In addition to our regular menu, we feature blackboard specials, offering the freshest of what is available for the season.

• Dinner, 5:00pm - 9:00pm
