Advance reservations and the cancellation policy are necessary for the management of a small inn. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Off-street parking is available to our guests.
A deposit equal to the room rate for one night is required. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time frame will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.
As a small Inn and Restaurant, reservations for multiple rooms or large numbers of Restaurant guests have a significant impact on our business. Therefore, we require a deposit, commiserate with the size of the group, at the time of the Reservation. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time frame will forfeit the deposit. Early Departure: While we understand that a group’s itinerary can change, The Esmeralda cannot cancel or offer a refund for groups or to individuals who are a part of that group.
All charges for special request items, foods, flowers and extras requiring appointments will be charged at full rate upon all cancellations.
Horseback riding requires a 24 hour cancellation. Failure to cancel, arrive in time for the ride, or failure to show will result in the full cost of the ride being charged to your folio.
The Esmeralda Inn & Restaurant requires time to properly prepare or acquire special request items therefore these items cannot be refunded once scheduled.
All packages require a 7 day cancellation period.
Gift Certificates are "pre-payments" and must be used before the expiration date. Gift Certificates are not refundable and some restrictions may apply. All gift certificates or promotional awards must be noted at time of reservation booking. Gift certificates or promotional awards not noted at the time the reservation is booked, may be denied at check in based on restrictions.
The Esmeralda Inn accepts all major credit cards.
In order to maintain a high standard of quality, The Esmeralda requires that all room reservations be made using an accurate number of guests who will be staying in the room reserved. Reservations found to not be accurate at check-in, may be denied or an additional fee for extra guests added.
Room Configurations and Guests:
Rooms with one Queen or King size bed will accommodate up to two guests.
Rooms with two Queen beds will accommodate up to four guests.
All additional guests, if accepted by the Esmeralda, will be at an additional guest charge of $25.00 per person added to your nightly rate.
Check-in time is 3p.m - 9p.m. and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in (after 12:00 Noon) will be extended at no extra fee when available.
If you will be checking in after 9p.m., please call to make arrangements for your registration and key.
The Esmeralda Inn cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
The Esmeralda Inn is pet free. We all love our pets but in order to maintain a high level of room and facility quality, The Esmeralda Inn asks that you leave your pet in someone’s trusted care. Arriving with a pet will void your reservation. Cancellation charges will apply. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for pets found on the premises.
Service dogs are allowed in designated rooms. As with any animal on the premises, the cleaning fee of $250 will apply if there is any damage as a result of the dog's presence. Service Dogs must be leashed and clearly identifiable as a service animal at all times.
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a $250 fumigation fee.
A $25 lost key fee will be charged if the room key(s) are not returned at time of check out. This fee will be refunded upon return of the key.
